1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PiggyUp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thein Studio ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the App.

2. Description of Service

PiggyUp is a virtual piggy bank application designed to help users track savings goals, build financial habits, and gamify the saving experience. The App includes features such as:

  • Creating and managing virtual piggy banks
  • Recording deposits and tracking savings progress
  • Spin wheel for randomized deposit amounts
  • Achievements and streak tracking
  • Home screen widgets

Important: PiggyUp is a tracking tool only. It does not connect to real bank accounts, handle real money transactions, or provide financial advice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You can register using:

  • Apple Sign-In
  • Google Sign-In
  • Guest mode (limited features, data stored locally)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features, including up to 3 piggy banks and basic functionality.

4.2 Pro Subscription

PiggyUp Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:

  • Monthly: $1.99 USD per month
  • Yearly: $19.99 USD per year

4.3 Subscription Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limitations
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software), is owned by Thein Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results of using the App will meet your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIN STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
